How to care for Ready to Wear products and handbags?
All RLLUXE Ready to Wear products have care instructions inside each product purchased. This ensures the best way to treat, wash and dry your favorite products and keep them in the highest quality just as you received them.
Please Note.
Failing to follow the proper care instructions can result in damage to some products. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused due to not following the proper care instructions.
Keep your bag looking flawless by storing it in a dust bag, avoiding direct sunlight, and cleaning it with a soft cloth when needed. All bags come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty. If the bag is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will take care all repairs or replacements needed for your bag at no cost to you.
RLLUXE cannot be held liable or replace products due to improper care of products purchased.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
– We offer fast and reliable free shipping for all U.S. Customers and low-cost shipping worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after the order processing time. Subscribers for Email and SMS will receive free 2- day Shipping after order processing.
Please note: Early Access orders may have longer processing times do to pre-release orders. Please see processing time at checkout.
Order Tracking
How can I track my order?
– Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its progress in real time. Please allow for order processing times based upon the processing and shipping descriptions at checkout. Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
– Yes! We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Privacy, Return and Shipping policies for additional information regarding returns and exchanges.
